- Prayer: "God, I’m here to talk with You. Help me to be honest, and help me to hear You."
3. Thanks and Gratitude (Time: 2-3 minutes)
- List a few things you’re thankful for, like people, events, or anything positive that stands out. Keep it short and specific.
4. Scripture Reading (Time: 4-5 minutes)
- Choose a short Bible passage and read it thoughtfully.
- Reflect briefly: What’s something it brings to mind or helps you understand?
5. Personal Reflection and Requests (Time: 3-4 minutes)
- Talk to God about things on your mind: goals, worries, or areas where you need help.
- This is a chance to mention anything you’re working through.
6. Prayer for Others (Time: 2-3 minutes)
- Mention specific people or situations you want to lift up, asking for their needs to be met or for peace in their lives.
